• Proven background in operations management (experience with 24/7 or shift-based environments is a
• A natural ability to inspire, manage, and coordinate diverse teams under pressure
• Hands-on experience tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and overseeing financial approvals
• A proactive problem-solver who takes extreme ownership of results
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Czech
