Own and maintain the studio job board to track active jobs.
Run regular traffic and capacity check-ins with creative, production, and AM teams.
Be the single escalation point for conflicting priorities and resourcing decisions.
Monitor studio capacity in real time and flag bottlenecks and gaps.
Ensure smooth handoffs from brief to delivery with clear transitions.
Build and improve agency-wide workflows, SOPs, and handoff processes.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in Traffic, Studio Management, or senior PM in creative/production.
Strong understanding of agency workflows—briefs, production stages, client delivery.
Confident facilitating prioritisation conversations with senior stakeholders.
Systems-minded and able to build/maintain operational infrastructure.
Experience with Magnetic and/or ClickUp.
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
