• Create site start-up document packages with Project Management.
• Distribute and follow up with sites for required documents.
• Review site submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure complete start-up packages with Regulatory Affairs on schedule.
• Lead site contract and budget negotiations; main site contact.
• Track start-up progress using CTMS/SmartSheet and report metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with minimal training; <1 year related exp.
• College Diploma with 1-3 years exp and ongoing training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical site start-up requirements.
• Experience with clinical study sites; high urgency.
• English and Italian language skills; basic financial responsibilities.
