📋 Description

  • Lead and scale regional account management across multiple countries.
  • Manage Team Leads and Account Managers for retention and growth.
  • Set strategy, build playbooks, and run forecasting and ops cadence.
  • Recruit, coach leaders, and build leadership bench strength.
  • Partner cross-functionally to maximize merchant lifetime value.
  • Define GTM for WoltAds, promos and campaigns.
  • Drive CRM tooling, dashboards and data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in account management, customer success, or sales leadership.
  • 3+ years managing Team Leads (managers of managers).
  • Scaled teams with retention and growth metrics.
  • Strong ops/analytics; forecasting, KPIs, dashboards; CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
  • Excellent people leader with coaching and calibration.
  • Excellent communicator; influence senior leadership cross-functionally.
  • Customer-first mindset; focus on NRR, churn, and ARPA.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
