Subcontracts Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the evaluation, negotiation and closure of critical sub-contracts with Loft’s strategic
• Manage contract changes (e.g., waivers/deviations, addendums, exercised options) and change control
• Maintain comprehensive and auditable records compliant with company and contractual requirements
• Review contracts to ensure they reflect applicable technical, quality and/or regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report sub-contractor performance against schedule, cost and quality targets
• Identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating issues whenever appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ years) in sub-contract management
• Experience in a company with a production / test environment
• Experience with procurement of electromechanical assemblies and relevant build and test processes
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
