📋 Description

• Define the quality bar for AI-assisted investment banking work.
• Translate banking workflows into realistic evaluation tasks with inputs and success criteria.
• Create banker-grade reference artifacts: financial models, diligence materials, pitch books.
• Develop rigorous rubrics and grading methods for accuracy, traceability, usefulness.
• Evaluate model outputs and end-to-end workflows; translate findings into feedback.
• Partner with researchers and engineers on evals, graders, datasets, and tool integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of investment banking experience with live transactions.
• Strong command of core banking workflows across M&A, capital raising, strategic advisory.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; build and review financial analyses.
• Understand progression from junior analyst to director; identify AI automation opportunities.
• Excellent analytical judgment; defend outputs under senior review.
• Translate expert intuition into clear standards, rubrics, and guidance.
