🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Indonesian with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures
