• Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Spanish or English grounded in operations
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving and compliance
• Review AI/human responses for accuracy, policy, and service quality
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions across Indian retail, pharmacy, and ops
• Collaborate as an independent contractor with flexible hours
• Ensure scenarios cover store ops, inventory, fraud prevention, and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Spanish (Mexico) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Ops, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations
• Background in Retail Sales Supervision, Store/Ops Management, Pharmacist/Pharmacy Ops, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Ops
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments
