Subscription Services Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide operational and administrative/backend support to assigned SSR(s) to enable seamless
• Enable pipeline readiness with the understanding of Account Mapping and Territory Alignment.
• Triage and route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate functional owner.
• Goal is to operationalize the Subscription Services Representatives pipeline while optimize renewal
• Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to proactively market
• Effectively communicate company messages, value propositions, etc. verbally and in writing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and follow-up skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.
