📋 Description

• Lead the S&C team: set priorities, run coverage and workload planning (including backup
• Own end-to-end quality of fund and SPV setup, subscription review, proration, and closing
• Serve as the direct S&C point of contact for GPs and institutional customers, delivering a

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in fund administration, fund operations, or investor services within private markets, with
• Direct experience closing traditional closed-end/drawdown funds, including capital calls, side
• Experience operating in a controls-conscious environment (audit, compliance, AML/KYC, or a
• Strong customer service experience serving GPs, LPs, or institutional clients in private markets or
• 1+ years managing or leading a team, with a track record of coaching people and running a
