• Own Howdy insights: track and tell the story behind metrics that matter – subs, signups, churn
• Run operating rhythm: daily/weekly/monthly reporting; move to a single automated source of truth
• Drive international insights: measure Howdy in U.S. and Mexico; identify growth opportunities
• Translate findings into clear business actions; go beyond the numbers
• Connect content to business: measure how discovery and title performance drive signups and retention
• Build and own scalable dashboards and reporting for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Analytics & Insights
• Strong business acumen for subscription businesses; connect analysis to strategy
• Genuine curiosity; dig into the why behind the numbers
• Exceptional storytelling and executive-ready communication
• Strong Tableau skills to build interactive dashboards
• Advanced analytics including SQL; comfortable with large datasets
