Substitute Group Fitness Instructor

📋 Description

• Lead scheduled group exercise classes for Senior Living Communities.
• Occasional substitute role; available for scheduled class times.
• Locations include Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities in Orangeburg, NY.
• Pay rate: $45/hour.

🎯 Requirements

• Certification as a Fitness Instructor through ACSM, NSCA, ACE, IDEA, or SFA, or an equivalent
• Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Or a degree in Physical Therapy or PTA.
• Minimum one year experience as a Fitness Specialist (preferred in senior services).
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
