• Adequately prepares for classroom instruction
• Keeps students motivated and sets attainable goals
• Maintains classroom discipline
• Accounts for students under your responsibility
• Maintains accurate student records and files
• Adheres to all DOL, Company, Center and dept guidelines
• Adheres to guidelines determined by outside agencies
• Develops corrective action plans for students with deficiencies
• Monitors GED test statistics and scores
• Develops TABE-based instructional plans for underperforming students
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Temporary teaching certification eligibility in the state of the center
