📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day operations of IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management
• Help identify recurring technical issues, inefficiencies, and service gaps to improve IT processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027
• Full-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of and interest in the K–12 education technology field
