Summer 2027: People Team Intern

📋 Description

• Support core People Team operations including Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, HR Enablement, and
• Help identify opportunities to improve people processes, workflows, and programs that enhance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist with talent acquisition initiatives including job
• Contribute to People Team documentation, employee handbooks, HR policy guides, internal
• Track and organize people data and HR metrics to help teams identify workforce trends, monitor

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027
• Full-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly
• Knowledge of and interest in the K–12 education technology field
