• Support practice management projects with plans, timelines, trackers, notes, and actions.
• Collect, organize, and analyze advisor, planning, and operational data.
• Build and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, and reporting materials.
• Assist with advisor planning sessions, strategy workshops, and prep materials.
• Prepare data summaries, agendas, and documentation for initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and regional teams to coordinate execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in business, finance, economics, data analytics, or related fields.
• Expected graduation in 2028 with strong academic standing.
• Interest in wealth management, financial services, or operational improvement.
• Strong analytical skills to organize data, identify trends, and summarize.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (trackers, charts, reports).
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear business documents.
