• You build. You code, or build seriously with AI tools, and you have something to show us: a tool, a
• You learn fast. You're comfortable owning a project that isn't fully defined yet, and you figure

• High agency. When something is broken, your first instinct is to fix it.
• Clear writing. At Alan, we work in writing, in English. You need to be fluent.
