• Staff a 24/7 rotation that owns incident management end to end, from customer impact (internal Grok
• Hold central control authority: determine what compute is impacted or drained and own the
• Own day-to-day site sustainment operations, including resolving issues impacting rack-level compute.
• Disposition daily issues across both Site Ops (compute) and Fac Ops (power and cooling).
• Lead acceptance and deployment testing campaigns to bring new data halls fully online.
• Develop production scripts and automation for new datahall bring-up, and build the automation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in datacenter, critical facilities
• System-level knowledge of datacenter sites spanning compute, network, power, and cooling.
• Experience owning or running incident response in a 24/7 operations environment.
• Specialized troubleshooting skills across rack-level compute and facility systems.
• Experience with deployment engineering, commissioning, or acceptance testing of new data halls or
• Production scripting and automation experience (e.g., Python, Bash).
