📋 Description

• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the General Contractor's management of their subcontractors and
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
• Supervise self-perform work and develop specialized construction methods to improve job efficiency
• Oversee material receiving, inspect quantity/quality, and file receiving tickets.
• Maintain timekeeping and cost control records.
• Support jobsite reporting: daily reports/photos, field POs, weekly unit reports, lookahead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with NYC public agencies and ground-up projects preferred.
• Minimum 10 years as a technical specialist in construction.
• Proven ability to interpret contract documents (specifications, drawings, submittals).
• Valid driver's license; OSHA and SST certifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related
