Manage day-to-day job site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field labor
Enforce adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations
Assist the project team in developing and maintaining the construction schedule
Monitor daily progress and implement adjustments to stay on track
Communicate scheduling needs and conflicts to the Project Manager

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications in construction
5–8 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, including 2+ years as a Foreman
Experience working on projects in the $2M–$20M+ range preferred
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
