📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction for assigned homes.
• Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes in various stages.
• Use Homebound’s proprietary project management software for daily operations.
• Approve trade partner work and related invoices based on quality.
• Lead on-site safety protocols and ensure compliance with codes and permitting.
• Maintain digital and physical project documentation; communicate scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Superintendent in residential construction or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
• Basic computer skills, including Google Suite.
• A valid driver’s license.
