📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of on-site construction for your assigned homes.
• Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes in various stages.
• Monitor workmanship and adherence to scopes of work through checklists and field inspections.
• Execute daily operations using Homebound's proprietary project management software.
• Approve trade partner work and associated invoices based on quality and completeness.
• Lead on-site implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local/national codes and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry (e.g., custom, infill, production)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting structural plans and blueprints independently.
• Understanding of local building codes, permits, and the home construction process.
• Experience working with project managers and trade partners to ensure projects stay on schedule and
• Strong working knowledge of Excel for managing project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
• A valid driver's license.
