📋 Description

• Oversee on-site construction for assigned homes.
• Manage simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes.
• Use Homebound’s proprietary project management software for daily ops.
• Approve trade partner work and invoices based on quality and completeness.
• Lead on-site safety protocols and code/permit compliance.
• Maintain digital and physical project documentation and communicate scope changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of construction industry experience, direct field home building.
• Proficient in reading/interpreting structural plans and blueprints.
• Understanding of local building codes, permits, and home construction process.
• Experience collaborating with PMs and trade partners to stay on schedule/budget.
• Strong Excel for project schedules, budgets, progress tracking.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA/LEAD certifications preferred.
