Supervising Case Manager (Full-Time)

📋 Description

• Support the Program Manager and Director by enforcing Journey Home’s mission, policies, protocols
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for 1-3 Case Managers to ensure
• Verify all relocations and reunifications for appropriateness, documentation, safety, and
• Manage and safeguard all client supplies, vouchers, tickets, gift cards, and other valuables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health or, 2+ years providing outreach, navigation, and
