Timely documentation in the EMR and active team involvement.

🎯 Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Board-certified/eligible in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Active license; willingness to multi-state licensure.
3+ years supervising APPs (NPs/PAs).
ED medical management experience (refeeding, meds).
Strong communication and adaptability to a fast-paced startup.
