Supervising Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly financial reports (cash flows, balance sheets, P&L)
• Perform GL reconciliations and intercompany transactions
• Manage A/R, A/P, payroll, and month-end close
• Record and reconcile client bank and card statements
• Monitor cash flow and cash balances
• Prepare client reports and meeting materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• Active CPA license or working toward CPA preferred
• 7+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience with AgilLink and QuickBooks/QBO a plus
• Detail-oriented, effective communicator, team player
• Thorough understanding of GL, intercompany, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations
