📋 Description

• Conduct "Pre-planned" Coaching and Mentoring of GMs, AMs and crew
• Plan on-the-job coaching objectives before each store visit using store planning tool
• Provide "suggestive" on-the-job coaching of key operations and management skills to GMs, AMs and
• Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals
• Provide "positive, constructive, and actionable" feedback
• Provide professional development and career track mentoring to GMs and AMs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Ability to analyze financial/operational data to derive business insights
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for GMs, AMs, and crew
• Knowledge of company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/PowerPoint) for executive presentations
• Ability to develop and implement action plans to improve store performance
