Oversee AR for AbbVie Allergan Aesthetics within Canada
Lead a team of 3 to 5 credit analysts; coordinate with Customer Service and Commercial teams
Manage collection procedures to minimize past due and delinquency
Ensure compliance with AbbVie credit policies and support SOX/internal auditors
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and KPI dashboards for AR performance
Collaborate on month-end processes and bank reconciliations as required

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field
5 years of credit experience; experience managing a team
Proficient in reading financial statements and SAP
Advanced Excel skills; experience with order-to-cash and reporting
Strong relationship management with internal/external stakeholders
English fluency required for certain roles in Quebec
