Supervisor, Bioassay NPI

📋 Description

• Oversee and operate the Bioassay QC NPI laboratory
• Ensure release and stability testing for development products is scheduled and completed in line
• Communicate results to key stakeholders
• Schedule ancillary laboratory activities including critical reagent screening and qualification
• Support personnel development, talent management, and succession planning
• Motivate the team and take corrective action on performance

🎯 Requirements

• Qualification in Biological Sciences (minimum BSc)
• At least five years’ experience in a laboratory setting with proven team leadership
• Knowledge of biologics manufacturing, bioassays, biochemistry, and biostatistics
• Experience in a GMP testing laboratory
• Clear understanding of working within a regulated environment
• Excellent conflict-handling skills
