📋 Description

• Answer questions pertaining to ticketing for upcoming events.
• Use Ticketmaster software system to sell tickets, process payment, and deliver mobile tickets.
• Provide technical support with mobile ticketing, walking customers through how to access their

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service, cash handling, and able to work in a dynamic and
