Supervisor, Chemistry Production

📋 Description

• Oversee the chemistry production department and supervise manufacturing for custom/catalog products.
• Prepare production schedules considering equipment/resource constraints; uphold quality and
• Manage drug standards supervision, reconstitution, and raw material checks.
• Operate production equipment; ensure correct ingredients/quantities.
• Review QA data and actions for product release; follow cGMP and ISO 13485 systems.
• Lead batch record reviews and GDP; train new employees; coach staff to meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or related field.
• 2+ years in Medical Device or related sector; production flow mgmt experience.
• Experience with computer systems for manufacturing/inventory; ERP/QAD preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• GMP knowledge and ability to read/interpret technical procedures.
• Capability to work independently and in teams; strong decision making.
