• 5+ years of experience in online child safety, Trust & Safety operations, criminal
• Proven expertise in identifying, investigating, and preventing CSAM and CSE, including grooming
• Skilled in crisis and escalation management, with the ability to make sound, defensible decisions
• Able to apply SpaceXSI safety policies with judgment, weighing the protection of minors against
• Proficient in data analysis with hands-on experience using LLMs, SQL, or Python to extract
