Supervisor, Clinical Compliance (RN) - Remote

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day ops of clinical compliance auditors and specialists.
• Liaise with senior management; optimize company-wide processes.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Promote staff growth and education with leadership involvement.
• Oversee monthly UM data agenda/minutes for IPA UM Committee.
• Identify UM/PHM plan requirements; create auditing guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse with active IL license.
• 3-5 years leading UM/PHM plan and MSA changes.
• Experience in managed care with multiple clients.
• UM/PHM process experience in managed care.
• Proficient in medical terminology and criteria.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
