📋 Description

• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and sample run planning.
• Ensure production meets department goals and timelines.
• Ensure all case samples are processed and accounted for.
• Monitor SOPs and lab safety compliance.
• Lead training for new hires with the team lead.
• Document nonconformances and drive CAPAs with manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as Medical Technologist in a clinical lab.
• BS/BA in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS certification (ASCP/AMT/AAB) preferred.
• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting, and pipetting skills.
• Experience in Molecular Biology, GMP, and QSR.
