📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day lab staffing and sample run scheduling.
• Ensure production work meets department goals and quality standards.
• Supervise testing and data review; ensure SOPs followed.
• Lead training and coaching of new hires; collaborate with manager.
• Manage shift coverage Mon-Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Medical Technology or equivalent; 4 yrs CLIA lab exp
• BS/BA in Physical/Chemical/Biological Sci; 5 yrs CLIA lab exp
• MS in chemical/physical/biological sciences; 3 yrs CLIA lab exp
• MS with BS/BA in Medical Technology; 2 yrs CLIA lab exp
• Current CA CLS certification required
• Proven leadership and staff development
