Supervisor, Critical Facility Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, fostering a culture of excellence
• Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including HVAC
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules, equipment calibration, and
• Create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to streamline equipment intake, installation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field (relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience managing critical facilities systems, including power, cooling, and
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in data centers.
• 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining critical facilities infrastructure.
• Proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and environmental monitoring tools.
• Proven leadership experience in critical facilities or technical operations environments.
