🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
8+ years of experience in Heavy Transport Operations
5+ years leading Heavy Transport Teams
Experience with heavy transport ops: SPMTs, Goldhofer, K25
Strong knowledge of load securement, rigging, and tie-down standards
Experience leading aerospace or heavy manufacturing teams
