📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations for an inbound and outbound patient access support team, ensuring
• Lead, coach, and develop remote team members through regular one-on-one meetings, performance
• Establish and maintain team-specific standard operating procedures, work instructions, performance
• Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics and communicate results, trends
• Monitor key customer service indicators, including abandonment rates, service levels, after-call
• Manage team workflows, workgroups, and call activity to ensure appropriate coverage and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 2–3 years of demonstrated leadership experience within a call center or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities, including the ability to motivate, engage, and develop
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple
