Supervisor, Development Operations

📋 Description

• Lead technicians and specialists to fabricate, build, and deploy factory equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with development operations and automation teams to meet factory deployment targets.
• Manage tooling and testing equipment and infrastructure to support engineering, automation, and product development.
• Manage inventory for standard factory assets, set targets, drive improvement.
• Mentor technicians; assist with design decisions, strategies, and problems.
• Provide technical support and feedback to engineering on tooling, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 2+ years in machining/production; or 5+ years in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience managing a team or leading projects.
• Knowledge of conventional machining, CNC programming, machining operations, and quality inspection.
• Experienced in welding techniques, fabrication processes, and precision mechanical assembly.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution and pneumatics.
• Electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics; NFPA 70/70E/79; UL 508A.
