Supervisor, Distribution Center - Materials Management

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day activities and CI at Hawthorne DC.
• Lead scheduling, timecards, reviews and mentoring of direct reports.
• Implement logistics and inventory practices: transport, kitting, work orders.
• Interface with Shipping, Receiving, QC, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing.
• Owner for area audits and operational compliance; keep workspace organized.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years in materials management or 6+ years experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean/6-Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt).
• Aerospace/aviation/manufacturing exp; Hazmat certified; MS Office.
• On-site in Hawthorne, CA; night shift (3:00pm-3:00am); able to lift up to 50 lbs.
