Supervisor, Distribution Center - (Materials Management)

📋 Description

• Oversee admin duties: timecards, scheduling, reviews; stock levels; mentor staff.
• Lead logistics and inventory practices: transport options, kitting, work orders.
• Support and maintain inventory metrics goals.
• Conduct safety walk-throughs; address issues; promote safety policies.
• Interface with Shipping, Receiving, QA, Transportation, Planning, Purchasing to resolve material receipt issues.
• Be the owner for area audits and compliance events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in materials/supply chain; or 6+ years in related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean/6-Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt).
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in aerospace/aviation manufacturing.
