Supervisor, Environmental Health & Safety (Recovery)

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day and long-term activities/priorities of the EHS specialist/technician team
• Ensure a collaborative relationship with the EHS specialist/technician and engineering teams
• Coordinate employee schedules, work assignments, timekeeping requirements, and hiring
• Provide instructional guidance with regards to job assignments, correct procedures, and applicable
• Coordinate with site leadership to ensure appropriate EHS involvement in department
• Ensure specialists/technicians are completing all required tasks thoroughly and on time

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines
• 2+ years of experience in supervisory/leadership roles
• Experience implementing/developing health and safety plans and policies
• Experience using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with emergency response crews in incidents involving hazardous and non-hazardous
