Supervisor, Facilities - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead a team responsible for performing inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of campus wide
• Lead and direct a team of building structures, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical facility
• Schedule daily work and prioritize assignments
• Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects in accordance with overall business objectives
• Know and understand all safety procedures of SpaceX in order to observe the work of contractors and
• Maintain appropriate records for all trades as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years of experience with facilities supervision
• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge of building management and automated facilities monitoring systems and processes such as
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (preferred)
• Experience managing budgets and third-party vendors (preferred)
