• Lead a high-performing team handling all facilities operations—including general maintenance, HVAC
• Manage third-party vendors (e.g., janitorial, contractors) to enforce corporate standards, optimize

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma
• 3+ years of professional experience with facilities management
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, facilities management, or related field
• Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills, with a track record of cost optimization
• Experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or large-scale community/resort operations (e.g.
