Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance, Solar Cell Factory (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead shift maintenance of central utility plant, gas farm, chemical systems
• Oversee HVAC, power, plumbing, exhaust, wastewater in high-volume facility
• Prevent downtime; drive root-cause fixes for reliability
• Manage CMMS work orders and technician execution
• Coach and develop facilities technicians
• Partner with Production, Machine Maintenance, and EHS on system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field
• 2+ years supervisory experience in facilities/utilities maintenance
• Hands-on with CMMS, predictive maintenance tools, reliability programs
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, controls
• Experience with central utility plants, high-volume manufacturing
• Ability to travel internationally (20%)
