Supervisor, Facility Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Facilities Operations Technicians to deliver excellence.
• Oversee maintenance of data center infrastructure: HVAC, power, env controls.
• Develop preventive maintenance and system performance monitoring.
• Create and enforce SOPs for operational consistency.
• Ensure safety compliance and collaborate with engineering/procurement.
• Provide on-call support and rapid response to incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent exp).
• 4+ years managing critical facilities systems (power, cooling, env controls).
• Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC in data centers.
• 4+ years troubleshooting and maintaining critical facilities infra.
• Proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated leadership in facilities/technical ops; project leadership exp.
