Supervisor, Field Operations

📋 Description

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians for residential and business services.
• Serve as the single point of contact between Brightspeed and contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead training, coaching and development for new processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead a team of technicians meeting attendance and performance standards.
• Represent Brightspeed with customers and governmental agencies.
• Collaborate with the union to achieve a win-win working relationship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4+ years managing telecom technical teams.
• Strong employee development, including training and coaching in a union environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and legacy systems.
• Knowledge of splicing/construction in telecom and contractor relations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects.
