Supervisor, Field Operations

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians for
• Serve as the single point of contact between Brightspeed and Contractors to resolve issues in
• Lead training, coaching, and development to meet quality standards, safety, and costs
• Direct a team of technicians to meet attendance and performance standards
• Represent Brightspeed with customers and governmental agencies
• Collaborate with the union to maintain a constructive working relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 4+ years managing teams in a telecom technical environment
• Strong employee development experience (training, coaching, mentoring in a union environment)
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word; familiarity with legacy systems
• Knowledge of residential/business services, Local Network processes, and Brightspeed products
• Experience with splicing and construction in telecom
