📋 Description

• Manage daily operation of outside/inside plant network services and technicians
• Oversee installation/maintenance of residential, business, central office, design, and splicing
• Serve as single point of contact between Brightspeed and Contractors
• Lead training and development for new processes and quality standards
• Motivate team for continuous improvement and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• 4+ years managing teams in telecom environments
• Strong training, coaching, mentoring skills in a union setting
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and legacy systems
• Knowledge of residential/business services, Local Network processes
• Understanding of splicing/construction in telecom
