Supervisor, Fluid Systems Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Supervise and guide manufacturing engineers/technicians for fluid systems.
• Lead orbital tube welding, tube bending, and related fabrication ops.
• Ensure accurate manufacturing docs: work instructions, routings, inspection steps, ERP/MRP updates.
• Investigate non-conformances with Quality and Design Engineering; perform root-cause actions.
• Provide manufacturability feedback to Design Engineering for production handoff.
• Monitor production, identify inefficiencies, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably metallic structures or assemblies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• Experience developing, implementing, or sustaining manufacturing processes, tooling, or production systems.
• Proficiency with CAD systems (NX, Teamcenter).
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing environments.
